For our first three weeks we had rented a small little apartment in Buenos Aires with a washing machine, such that we could travel with hand luggage only and go back to wash our clothes. So we flew back to "Aeroparque Internacional Jorge Newbery", took a taxi to our apartment quickly, repacked and off we went. Because the airport is in the middle of the city, if you make sure to have 5 hours in between your flights, that is actually a possible way how to optimize to pack for different climate zones.
